We are members at First United Methodist Church in Huntsville, AL.Monte is the Handbell director and all of us play in several different groups at the church.
We are both alumni of The University of Oklahoma.
Jean earned her B.S. in Clinical Laboratory Sciences at the OU Health Sciences Center.
Monte earned his Ph.D. in Physics from OU while doing research at the National Severe Storms Lab.
Physics DepartmentHe is now doing lightning research at NASA's Marshall Space Flight Center.
While at OU, Jean and Monte were both members of
The Pride of Oklahoma
Marching Band.
We are all members of the Madison Community Band. (see picture!)
Instrumentation - Jean: Percussion, Monte & James: Trombone, John: Trumpet.

Both boys are Boy Scouts in
Troop 351 and Monte is the Scoutmaster.
